Unfortunately, the room was quite hot during our stay, with only a noisy fan to provide cooling. The shower had hot water but was impossible to control, making it quite a challenge to enjoy. Additionally, while the staff was mostly accommodating, it was frustrating to find that they only accepted cash for extra services like snacks and dinner, which wasn't convenient for us.

Had an amazing time at Finca Hotel Casa Nostra! The view from our Apartment with Pool View was stunning. Ligia, the staff member, really went above and beyond, especially with my niece who wasn't feeling well. Just wish the mattress was more comfortable. that part was a bit tough.
